Ce nom évoque aussi parfaitement le rôle de Marie comme notre mère céleste : elle est l'étoile qui nous guide, que l'on retrouve dans le calme de la mer la nuit ou au milieu des vagues tumultueuses de la tempête qui tentent de détourner notre attention de son Fils.
